USEA Recognized Heritage Park Horse Trials
July 17-18, 2010

MACTA is pleased to host one USEA recognized horse trial each year. Heritage Park Horse Trials celebrates its 30th Anniversary event in 2010.  Heritage Park Horse Trials offers Starter through Preliminary Levels as well as combined tests. The 2010 Heritage Park Horse Trial will offer two different starter divisions; one will include a walk/trot dressage test with optional water crossing, the other will include a walk/trot/canter dressage test with mandatory water.

The USEA recognized event runs at Heritage Park in Olathe, Kansas over cross country courses designed by Roger Haller. The courses are changed each year, offering a new challenge for all competitors.

MACTA Schooling Shows

MACTA also hosts numerous schooling shows throughout the season. Competitors can choose from USDF dressage tests through First Level, Combined Tests through Preliminary and Horse Trials from starter through Preliminary.

Cross Country Courses

Heritage Park is located at 168th Street & Pflumm Road in Olathe, Kansas. The Mid-America Combined Training Association works in conjunction with the Johnson County Parks Department to maintain the equestrian facility at this venue.

Heritage Park offers Starter through Preliminary Level cross country courses. The courses were designed by Roger Haller and are changed frequently.  Funds raised from schooling shows and cross-country schooling days permit MACTA to build new fences each year.
